But the issue with a lot of websites that I see today is that they don't really feel like you.
Yeah, it may be nice and it may be kind of getting the job done. But if I put your website next to several other businesses in your industry, would your clients be able to pick out yours?
In most cases, the answer is no.
Your website should not only explain what you do so that clients can book with you, but it should also FEEL like you. It's one of the first things clients experience before they officially book your services.
Working with agencies for a good website can cost you anywhere from $10k+ for a basic website.
Don't even get me started on the timeline.
These websites often take anywhere from 8-10 weeks, which is a long time especially for something that you need for your business.
And I've worked tirelessly to figure out to make this process as painless as possible.
I went from tech setups to full on design and development.
I too was someone who quoted long timelines to clients. But after years of refining my process, I realized it really doesn't have to be that way.
So I came up with Website In a Day.
I didn't invent the concept. I actually don't know where it first came from. But I've decided to apply to my own business.

“I knew I was already in good hands based on Ebonee’s extensive media/journalism background, but she by far exceeded my expectations. She took my vision and ran with it. As a media professional it’s so important to have a website chronicles your journey and captures your dreams. I’m so happy with my new website!”
Before I started designing websites for clients, I worked in New York City. I had a career as a media planner, planning media for Mercedes-Benz and then as a journalist at ABC News writing and reporting and field producing for news shows like Good Morning America and World News Tonight.
In 2016, I decided to take a leap of faith and left the corporate world to travel around the world for 8 months. After that trip, I built a travel blog writing about my trip and giving travel advice. But I knew I wanted to take the skills from my career and offer services to entrepreneurs online.
So I started offering very basic web design/tech set up services and over the years it's evolved to full on design and copywriting. Outside of my web design services, I've also provided copywriting services to CEOs and Executives building personal brands and wanting to share their stories online. It's safe to say, I know a thing or two when it comes to web design, branding and copywriting.
Me in Barcelona in 2020
The day the magic happens. This day is all about the design. I'll start the day by designing the homepage. Then you will have two hours to review it. (Please make sure to be available on this day for feedback). Once I have the greenlight about the design, I'll design the rest of the pages.
Start of Design Day
Congrats on investing in Website in Day. After you sign the contract and make the investment, you'll schedule the kick-off call within two weeks of making the investment and signing the contract. Also be on the lookout for the onboarding email with the link to the Kick-off call checklist.
Pre Kick-off Call
End of Design Day/Handoff
Once the rest of the pages are done, I'll send over the entire website for your review and you'll have two hours to review everything. I'll make the final changes and then the website will be launched and handed over to you. You'll get two weeks of support from me for tech issues only.
During the kick-off call, you'll come with the photos and ready to discuss your business as well as any websites you like/dislike so that I can have a better idea of your vibe. And we'll schedule your design day.
